Introduction

It is in the best interest of this Company, our Clients and you, to ensure that you are best suited for this line of work.  Our process is designed around that concept.  Our Company is looking for both long term (in the security field as a whole) and short term employees (those planning on moving to another career field).

The Hamblen Group does NOT guarantee long term employment with this Company.  This Company complies with Washington State Law and is an "at will" Company.  That being said, we strongly desire to keep the employees that we have.  To date we have not had to lay off any employees.  We have a strong loyalty to our employees.

Security Officers are NOT police officers, nor do we give that impression.
