The Protective Services Department of The Hamblen Group provides four basic areas of services:
Before our officers are assigned to any detail or job site, they are trained in security services and receive specific site training and briefings prior to assignment. Our services many times are the first impression that a customer gets as they walk into your business. Our officers are inspected each day before their shift and even before they become a member of your team, are schooled in the art of customer service. This means being friendly and helpful to your customers, which may entail something as simple as a smile and a good morning sir/ma'am, to removing people that you do not want at your site. Our security personnel are not police officers and we strive to remain focused on our mission and maintain close ties with local Law Enforcement.
In order to provide the best possible service and to ensure the best qualified officers are recruited and retained, quarterly "round table" meetings are conducted to discuss "best practices" to ensure that we identify problem areas, potential problem areas, and improvements to our procedures as a Company.
