We have used a management style for many years that is simple and effective. There are hundreds of management styles but this Company has adopted one that is simple to remember and execute. The basis of this management philosophy involves three simple rules. These rules are:
Be honest. Be fair to people, both employees and the general public.
Ask yourself the question, is this the right thing to do? Do what is right. Insist on giving your best effort in everything you undertake. Furthermore, there is a huge difference between "good mistakes" (best effort, bad result) and "bad mistakes" (sloppiness or lack of effort). What you learn from these mistakes is important to both your personal development and the Company.
We must feel a sense of urgency on any matters related to our Mission. Clarity in understanding our mission, our goals, and what we expect from each other is critical to our success.
Each leader will own problems and by this we mean “ the Buck Stops Here” attitude. Be responsive and timely.
We require complete honesty and integrity in everything we do. Each officer must be frugal and must guard and conserve the Company’s resources with at least the same vigilance that we would use to guard and conserve our own personal resources.
Put pressure on yourself to excel. Have a strong faith in yourself. You will appreciate it the most when work for it.
First you will be the best, then you will be number 1. Be totally committed.
Respect the individual and believe that individuals who are treated with respect and given responsibility respond by giving their best.
Make commitments with care, and then live up to them. In all things, we do what we say we are going to do.
Work is an important part of life, and it should be fun. Come to the table with a good work ethic and give a fair days work for a fair days pay.
Known as the “Golden Rule”.
We are believers in the Golden Rule. In all our dealings we will strive to be friendly and courteous, as well as fair and compassionate.
